Thank you for shopping with Single Vials. We are committed to providing carefully packaged research supplies and reliable customer support. Because of the nature of our products, certain items may not be eligible for return once shipped, opened, used, or removed from their original packaging.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns may be accepted only when approved in writing by Single Vials. To be eligible for review, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery.
  • The return is approved by Single Vials before the item is shipped back.
  • The returned item is received in the same condition in which it was delivered.

Unauthorized returns may be refused, returned to sender, or discarded without refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety, quality assurance, and contamination-prevention reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Opened products
  • Used products
  • Temperature-sensitive items
  • Products removed from original packaging
  • Clearance, discounted, or final-sale items
  • Custom or special-order products

3. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing an item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue.

Email us at support@singlevials.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the packaging and product
  • A description of the issue

Failure to report damaged, incorrect, or missing items within the required timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

4. Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless Single Vials determines that the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or missing item caused by our fulfillment process.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

5. Replacements and Store Credit

At our discretion, we may offer a replacement product, partial refund, store credit, or full refund depending on the circumstances, product condition, and documentation provided.

6. Shipping Carrier Issues

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines and carrier-related issues are outside of our direct control.

Single Vials is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
  • Delivery failures caused by customer unavailability or refusal

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate before completing checkout.

7. Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Packages returned due to refusal, failed delivery attempts, or incorrect addresses may be subject to return shipping fees, restocking fees, or partial refunds only.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before shipment processing begins. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.

9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact Single Vials first so we can attempt to resolve any order issue before a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated.

Fraudulent chargebacks, abuse of refund policies, or attempts to retain products while disputing charges may result in refusal of future service and submission of supporting documentation to payment processors.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product ordered. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from product use, misuse, or inability to use the product.

11. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. The version posted on our website at the time of purchase governs the transaction.
